Domaine Paterianakis is a third generation family company, a pioneer in the production of wine from organic grapes on the island and one of the few wineries in Greece with a vertical organization of its production process. They cultivate six unique indigenous and five first class international varieties using the latest οrganic techniques. Domaine Paterianakis has been producing world famous and award winning wines for a long time. 

Their latest achievement is premium single variety tsikoudia made only from indigenous grapes. Tsikoudia by Paterianakis is the first single-variety tsikoudia made exclusively from local Cretan grape varieties, one tsikoudia made from Vidiano and another one made from Kotsifali. These two tsikoudia cretan spirits are named "Heaven" since tasting them is indeed a heavenly experience.
