Tsililis family was the first to standardize tsipouro in Thessaly in 1989, with the homonymous geographical indication. Today it continues to be a pioneer in the effort for the promotion and international recognition of tsipouro, this authentic Greek drink. The vineyards of Tsililis family are located in Meteora, an area with remarkable natural wealth and a long tradition in the production of vinous spirits.
