Domaine Paterianakis is a dry red wine made from from Kotsifali and Mandilari of organic cultivation.

It has a deep ruby color with subtle brick red hues. Strongly feel the aromas of red fruits, dried tomato, vanilla and wood. The mouth is filled with rounded tannins and aftertaste is lasting.

You can drink it now or cellar for up to 18-20 years.

The red wine Domaine Paterianakis  is a very good accompaniment to tomato sauce and wine sauce dishes.

The proper drinking temperature is 17 - 18 ° C.

Tsikoudia by Paterianakis is the first single-variety tsikoudia made exclusively from local Cretan grape varieties, one tsikoudia made from Vidiano and another one made from Kotsifali. These two tsikoudia cretan spirits are named "Heaven" since tasting them is indeed a heavenly experience.
