Vidiano White Organic Wine Domaine Paterianakis is a dry white wine from the cretan grape variety Vidiano 100%

It has bright yellow color with greenish hues and rich fruity aromas of peach and apricot. In mouth, its creamy taste, its pleasant acidity and its long aftertaste promise a wine with durability.

You can drink Vidiano the same year of production or keep it to cellar for up to 4 years.

Vidiano Domaine Paterianakis is an excellent accompaniment to fish with oily flesh, white meat, pasta with creamy sauce and medium spicy cheeses. 

The proper drinking temperature is 10-12 C.

These two tsikoudia cretan spirits are named "Heaven" since tasting them is indeed a heavenly experience.
