It has bright yellow color with green hues and intense primary fruit aromas. It has a pleasant acidity, body with volume with a characteristic minerality.

Assyrtiko Domaine Paterianakis is an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish and seafood.

The proper drinking temperature is 08 - 11 ° C.

These two tsikoudia cretan spirits are named "Heaven" since tasting them is indeed a heavenly experience.
