This unique olive paste is an implemented vision of many years. Priansos olive paste is made exclusively with Cretan Koroneiki variety olives and it has a subtle aroma and a fine taste. It's a special delicatessen product perfect for accompanying appetisers, great as a deeping sauce and a healthy replacement of dressings in gourmet salads.

Priansos olive paste is available in a glass jar of 100gr which you can order immediately online and a glass jar of 500gr for professional use, which is available after request.

Priansos olive paste is best preserved in room temperature and after opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 15 days.

Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced extra virgin olive oil on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete, one of the area’s first olive producers.
