The award winning Cretan thyme & pine honey PDO Toplou (Pefkothymaromelo Kritis PDO) is produced in Sitia, Crete, a region with remarkable biodiversity and well known for the production of natural products of authenticity and exceptional quality. The honey is collected from thyme fields next to the pine forest of Sitia giving an aromatic pure honey with distinct aromas and flavors arising from thyme and wild pines combination. A unique natural coexistence from which this treasure of Cretan nature arises.
