Traditional Cretan mini rusks
They are perfect for accompanying raki or ouzo meze or used in salads and soups instead of bread or croutons.
The exquisite taste is given by the whole process of making the rusks. The dough is carefully kneaded seven times before the mini rusks are cut and shaped and then oven dried.
Enjoy them with graviera cheese, olives, olive paste or tomatoes.
