Spice Mix for Greek Gyros with cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, thyme, and black pepper. You can use it for pork or chicken gyro.
Put the chopped meat (pork or chicken) in a bowl and add a little vinegar, sprinkle with the Mix for Gyros and if you want some grated tomato. Mix well and it's ready to cook in the pan or oven!
