ZaZaZu Serving Ideas

Quince ZaZaZu

You will need: ZaZaZu, 1 dried quince, 1 leaf of scented geranium

Fill a flute glass with ZaZaZu. Thread a toothpick or cocktail skewer through a slice of dried quince together with a small scented geranium leaf. Put it in your glass and let the rich aromas transform your wine.

ZaZaZu with orange

You will need: ZaZaZu, 1 orange, orange chutney

Peel off an orange in round shapes and add the peel in a ZaZaZu glass. Then stew the rest of the orange with vinegar and sugar (measure according to your personal taste) to create a sweet and sour jam; the chutney. Once you complete the process, leave the chutney to cool and add a little in your glass. The orange peel alongside with the chutney will release strong citrus aromas and give a powerful taste. A great food-pairing for syrupy desserts or fruits at the end of a meal.

ZaZaZu with basil and pomegranate seeds

You will need: ZaZaZu, a basil leaf, a few pomegranate seeds

Put some pomegranate seeds on a basil leaf. Serve it together with your ZaZaZu. Add the final touch by sprinkling some caster sugar. This is a perfect serving idea for festive occasions.

ZaZaZu with cocoa

You will need: ZaZaZu, 2-3 cocoa spoons, 1 chocolate wafer roll

Moistern the outer part of a flute glass with water and cover with the cocoa. Fill it up with ZaZaZu and garnish with a wafer roll on the rim of the glass. A welcome drink is now ready to be served. For those who love chocolate, this combination will be really exciting.

ZaZaZu with wine mousse

You will need: ZaZaZu, wine mousse, almond milk, cinammon, vanilla

Add ZaZaZu in a cocktail glass. Then add some wine mousse and almond milk (according to your personal taste). Finish by adding some cinnamon and vanilla. A glass full of aromas is now ready. Enjoy it after your dinner.
