Tsikoudia Paradise Vidiano Domaine Paterianakis is the essence of authentic Cretan hospitality and tradition. It is made exclusively from grapes of organic cultivation from the special local variety Vidiano. Tsikoudia Paterianakis  is the first single-variety tsikoudia made exclusively from local Cretan grape varieties, one from Vidiano and one from Kotsifali.

The double-distilled tsikoudia Vidiano emerges floral and fruity aromas from the varieties of the region that gradually unfold in the mouth revealing delicate and elegant characteristics, filling the palate with an enjoyable, vivid flavor.

It is better served cold and it is an ideal accompaniment for shellfish, shrimps and crayfish plain, boiled with salt, for vegetable snacks and sushi as well.

Tsikoudia by Paterianakis is the first single-variety tsikoudia made exclusively from local Cretan grape varieties, one tsikoudia made from Vidiano and another one made from Kotsifali. These two tsikoudia cretan spirits are named "Heaven" since tasting them is indeed a heavenly experience.
