Assyrtiko Dry White Wine Digenakis
The Assyrtiko White Wine is made from 100% assyrtiko grapes cultivated in the vineyard "Paliarda" at an altitude of 500 meters, which highlights its uniqueness through a meticulous production process. In the glass, one can discover aromas of tea, ripe pears, refreshing lemon sorbet, and hints of green dried nuts. It boasts a well-balanced and fresh acidity, with a lingering aftertaste. After completing fermentation, it matures in oak barrels for 4 months and is recommended to be served at 10-11°C.
