Edo Red Dry Wine Digenakis is produced from a blend of the Kotsifali and Mantilari grape varieties, cultivated in vineyards at an altitude of 400-480m.
The Kotsifali variety is one of the most significant Cretan grape varieties, contributing to the production of wines with a rich structure and volume, intense color, and balanced acidity.
On the other hand, Mantilari imparts wines with a bold color, a fresh fruity nose, robust tannins, wildness in flavor, and high acidity.
The combination of these two varieties creates the wine 'Edo,' characterized by a rich and full flavor, making it an ideal companion for grilled meats and red sauces.
The recommended serving temperature is 15 - 18°C.
