Chelona Red Dry Wine Miliarakis
Chelona Red Dry Wine is a blend of three grape varieties: Grenache Rouge, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. It originates from the western slopes of Youchta, at an altitude of 440m, representing a classic GSM red wine.
Following the traditional red vinification process, with 10 days of maceration and fermentation at 23°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place during the 8-month maturation in French oak barrels.
It presents a medium intensity and depth, with a cherry-red color and purple edges. The aroma is rich and elegant, showcasing the characteristics of the three grape varieties.
Notes of leather, pepper, violet, sweet spices, and moderate cocoa intensity are discernible. In the mouth, it is intense and tightly structured, with exceptional tannins and acidity.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats and pasta with rich sauces for a delightful gastronomic experience.
