Traditional Cretan Tsikoudia Toplou is combined with thyme honey, grape syrup & herbs of the region around the monastery which is known for its fine production. The recipe for this unique liqueur is a sealed secret and it has been successfully produced by the monks for many years. Just one sip is enough to fill you with euphoria.

The Monastery of Panagia Akrotiriani and St. John the Theologian Toplou Sitia, built in the 14th century and since then has always had an active presence in social and wine history. Cultivates organic vineyards and olive trees and produces wine, raki and olive oil which are standardized and be available to local and international markets. The cultivation of vineyards of the monastery is made with certified organic methods and the choice of the varieties has been made based on the specific characteristics of the region.
